Summary: With the Super Bowl coming to down, people will be tempted to throw extravagant parties, instead they should look into this shortlist of concerts and public pay-to-play parties.
Problem: None of these parties provide the same feel or atmosphere as a home Superbowl party with friends that you host yourself.
Who has the problem? People in Miami who want to host a party but don't want to break the bank doing so.

Summary: An assisted living facility has been banned from accepting new residents after multiple mistakes leading to the death of one resident and in the wake of another going missing. This demonstrates a fundamental failure by the facility to do their job properly.
Problem: Assisted living facilities shouldn't kill their residents due to neglect
Who has the problem: Elderly people in the Miami area who now have one less ALF to choose from

Title: 30 students, 3 teachers return to school in South Florida after Coronavirus scare

Summary: Students and teachers were potentially exposed to the virus during a trip to an international summit of teachers and students at Yale University.
Problem: Increasing alarmist surrounding Coronavirus
Who has the problem: People in international cities in particular have reason to be worried

Title: By land, sea and air, Super Bowl bound snowbirds are landing - and spending

Summary: PwC estimates visitors will spend $218 million on the super bowl in Miami, in large part because of the expensive hotel prices
Problem: Hotels are extremely expensive in Miami during the holidays
Who has the problem: Football fans and anyone else coming into Miami during Super-Bowl week who need to stay overnight.

Title: Another co-living apartment building is in the pipeline for Wynwood

Summary: Young people want to live in hip-desirable areas, but are often priced out. This new co-living project hopes to combat that by providing affordable housing in a highly desirable area.
Problem: Lack of affordable housing in nice areas
Who has the problem: In particular, young professionals who want to live near the city center.

    I thought all of your stories were interesting and your summaries were informative and to the point. I was especially interested in your third story because the private school is 5 minutes away from where I live. I also thought the Super Bowl stories were interesting because Miami is expensive in general, I cannot imagine for this weekend specifically. In the future, maybe include a little more detail, but good job anyway.

    I really enjoyed reading your post. The first thing that caught my eye was when you talked about the super bowl parties. I really relate to this as I love the super bowl and I am usually the one hosting the party. It usually gets pretty expensive depending on how much food I need for the guests. I am also interested in the tourism side of the super bowl as I know it will make Miami a lot of money.
